Electro Pneumatic valve for TE replaces the grey manual switch, as used in gliders with a Turbo or self-launchers. The valve will be activated when opening the engine shutters.
Never again you will have a wrong indication on the vario, when forgetting to activate or switch back off the switche.

Next to convenience, this product will increase your safety and will not damage the vario. Next to that, this product looks proper and no need for a large amount of tubes behind your instrumentpanel.
This solution has been applied to a lot of gliders. By now, this is a standard product applied on the Antares glider. Also other manufacterers are considering to apply this product on their gliders.

To built this in your glider, it is very easy. That also counts for the electrical connections.
