IMI Power-Rigger - Electric one man rigging system for single-seaters.
It is high rated especially for its simple and light design, simple use and also small transport dimensions.
The actuators were developed in cooperation with one of the best world electric actuator producers according to our specification of stroke, strength, high speed operation, inbuilt limit switches and also durability.
The Power Rigger features battery voltage indication, charging of the battery in or outside of the body, secondary control by toggle switches for actuators at a control panel and parking brakes for both wheels for use at the concrete/termac surfece.
Combination of six different wing holders and three bodies can be used, so the device is useful for almost all glider types, including some of the microlight and historical gliders.

2x remote control transmitters with big knobs and perfect transmitting power.
2x manual toggle switch on the body for secondary actuator control without remote control transmitters (if lost, damaged, battery of transmitter empty).
It offers a removable battery 12V/2,9Ah with more than 1hour of intensive use.
Charging is possible in body via charging socket or outside the body by removing the battery.
Intelligent automatic charger included (230V).

Axle and wheels: 2 axis with 2x high quality linear actuators. The axis is removable, sliding to sides (8cm each side), with blocking screw. Tube tyre wheels 320mm diameter, removable.

Finish: fibreglass parts polyester gelcoat, steel parts galvanized, aluminium parts anodized - no black hands, top finish

Dimensions: folded only 80x50x18cm, weight ca. 18kg

Use: height from 70 to 100cm, electrically adjustable, enough for 90%modern gliders, also on uneven surface.
Completely dismantable in seconds by a few pins, no screwing.
